Grandparents, parents, uncles, aunts...basically anyone over the age of 55. They were raised way back when, and now are surrounded by various confusions. Like robot pets. Automatic vacuum cleaners. And of course, the Email.
Email is really confusing to old people! Is it a memo? A letter? A phone conversation? A shout from the grave? Hard to say, if you're an old person.
